PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Before completing the rework, proof of engine reset must be provided for claim approval. This includes one of following:
ET data Log capturing shutdown event or Electronics On Board Information
system (EBIS) showing loss of communications
2. Clean off all the debris in the area to be serviced.
3. Remove fuel line at location (5) and adapter at location (15). See Image1.1.1.
4. Remove engine control module and install 20R-1833 ECM.
5. Install 360-3693 STO Plug and 3K-0360 O-ring at location (15).
6. Disconnect fuel line at location (3) back of head bulk head connector. See Image1.1.2
7. Install 5P-2909 JIC Plug at location (3). See Image1.1.2.
8. Install 030-7942 Elbow and 214-7568 O-ring as shown in Image1.1.3.
9. Route and install bypass 350-1838 Fuel Line as shown in Image1.1.3.
10. Install 206-2423 Saddle Clips and 7K-1181 Straps at location shown in Image1.1.3.
