This Program must be administered either before or after failure.In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS42704" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The existing fuel level sender can fail on certain C32 PM1000 units due to water entry shorting the circuit board. If the existing fuel level sender fails it will cause the unit to shut down, due to low fuel level indication.

Refer to Appropriate Service Manual as necessary.
Disassembly Procedure:
1. Remove discharge grate mounting hardware.
2. Remove discharge grate.
3. Disconnect fuel level sender electrical connection.
4. Remove fuel level sender.
Assembly Procedure:
1. Install new fuel level sender.
2. Connect fuel level sender electrical connection.
3. Install discharge grate.
4. Install discharge grate mounting hardware.
