Remove bolts (4) and cover (2). Remove bolts (3) and guard assembly (1).

Remove two bolts (5).

Insert Tooling (A).
Use a suitable lifting device to remove vibration damper (6). The weight of vibration damper (6) is approximately 200 kg (441 lb).
Remove remaining bolts (5) and vibration damper (6).Installation Procedure
Install vibration damper (6) in the reverse order of removal.Note: Alignment mark on the crankshaft must be aligned with mark on the adapter. Also mark on the vibration damper must be aligned with mark on the adapter.
Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
