1. Disconnect the air line at the governor control rotochamber.2. Remove the cotter pin and pin (2) from the rod end. Remove nuts (3).3. Put governor control rotochamber (4) in position on the bracket and install the two nuts that hold it in place.4. Put the hole in rod end (3) in alignment with the hole in the lever and install the pin and cotter pin. Connect the air line to the bottom of the rotochamber. 5. With the governor in the full off position as shown, dimension (X) from the center of the pin to the bottom of the bracket must be 82.6 1.5 mm (3.25 .06 in.).Disassemble And Assemble Governor Control Rotochamber
Start By:a. remove governor control rotochamber 1. Loosen locknut (1). Remove end (2) and the locknut from the rod. 2. Remove ring (6), plate (9), diaphragm (5), rod (14) and spring (8) from plate (3). Remove boot (7) from plate (3). The following steps are for the assembly of the governor rotochamber. 3. Install spring (3) on rod (8). Install rod (8) in plate (2). Install boot (7), locknut (1) and end (6) on the rod.4. Install diaphragm (4), plate (9) and ring (5) on plate (2) as shown.End By:a. install governor control rotochamber
