Remove throttle control valve
Remove fuel control valve
Remove aftercoolerThe air inlet manifold removal and installation procedures for G3512H, G3516H, and G3520HEngines are the same for each engine model. The manifold configuration is different based on the number of cylinders.

Remove elbow (3).
Remove bolts (1).
Remove air inlet cover (2) and air inlet cover (4). The weight of air inlet cover (2) is approximately 37 kg (82 lb). The weight of air inlet cover (4) is approximately 37 kg (82 lb).

Remove bolts (5).
Remove bolts (10) and bolts (11).
Remove air inlet manifold (9) and air inlet manifold (8). The weight of air inlet manifold (9) is approximately 67 kg (148 lb). The weight of air inlet manifold (8) is approximately 67 kg (148 lb).
Remove bolts (6) and air inlet adapters (7).

Remove bolts (12) and plate (13).Installation Procedure
Install air inlet manifold (8) and air inlet manifold (9) in the reverse order of removal.
Lightly apply Tooling (A) to bore of elbow (3) and air inlet adaptors (7).
