Loosen bolts (3). Refer to Illustration 2.
Move striker (1) 3 mm (0.12inch) forward. Temporarily tighten bolts (3) by hand.

Bottom view just before door closes (E) 2 mm (0.08 inch) maximum
Confirm the dimensions of the radiator access door just before door is closed. The striker and door latch should be touching when measurement is taken. Refer to Illustration 3.
Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 100 20 N m (73.8 14.8 lb ft).
