A 1U-7505 Hydraulic Jack 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install the gasket and the O-ring to gear pump (11) .
Use two people and install gear pump (11) . The weight of gear pump (11) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install bolts (10) . Install tube assemblies (9) and install the bolts .

Install bracket (8) and install bolts (7) . Position hose assemblies (6) to the original location. Connect quick disconnect (5) . Install clamps (4) .

Install pins (2) . Install Tooling (A) under guard (1) . Raise guard (1) from links (3) . Remove Tooling (A) under guard (1) .
Fill the power train system with power train oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7477, "Power Train Oil - Check" for the correct procedure.
