Clean the mounting surfaces of the track roller frame assembly, the track guide and the undercarriage frame assembly prior to installation.

The weight of the track roller is 136 kg (300 lb). Put the track roller (4) in position under the track roller frame assembly with Tooling (C). Install four bolts and washers (5) that secure the track roller to the track roller frame assembly.

The weight of the track guide is 82 kg (180 lb). Use a suitable lifting device and install the track guide (2) under the track roller frame assembly. Install four bolts and spacers that secure the track guide to the track roller frame assembly.

Lift the machine off Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (A) from the machine. Lower the machine to the floor.

Use Tooling (B) and tighten four bolts (3) for the track guide (2) to a torque of 1600 200 N m (1180 148 lb ft).

Use Tooling (B) and tighten four bolts (5) for the track roller (4) to a torque of 1600 200 N m (1180 148 lb ft).
Tighten the tension of the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Adjustment - Adjust" for the correct procedure.
