start by: a) remove glow plugsb) remove fuel injection valves1. Drain the coolant from the cylinder heads. 2. Make a separation between the push rods and rocker arms with tool (A). Move the rocker arms to one side.3. Put identification on valve bridges (1) as to their location on the head. Remove valve bridges (1). 4. Remove precombustion chambers (2) with tool (B).Install Precombustion Chambers
1. Put liquid soap on the bores of the cylinder head and on seal (2).2. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of precombustion chamber (3). Install chamber (3) and gasket (1) in the cylinder head. Tighten the precombustion chamber with tool (B) to a torque of 150 10 lb.ft. (205 14 N m). 3. Install valve bridges (4) in their correct location.4. Make a connection between the push rods and rocker arms with tool (A).5.
