Assembly Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install relief valve (12) and the seals to manifold (1). Tighten relief valve (12) to a torque of 48 3 N m (35 2 lb ft).
Install control valve (10) and the seals. Tighten control valve (10) to a torque of 37 3 N m (27 2 lb ft).
Install pressure valve (9) and the seals. Tighten pressure valve (9) to a torque of 35 1 N m (26 1 lb ft).
Install fitting (11) and the O-ring seal. Install fittings (8) and the O-ring seals.
Install check valve (7) and the seal. Tighten check valve (7) to a torque of 25.8 1.4 N m (228.35 12.39 lb in).

Install check valve (5) and the seal to manifold (1). Tighten check valve (5) to a torque of 25.8 1.4 N m (228.35 12.39 lb in).
Install pressure sensor (3). Tighten pressure sensor (3) to a torque of 62 6 N m (46 4 lb ft).
Install plug (6) and the O-ring seal.
Install the orifice. Hand tighten the orifice. Install the O-ring seal and plug (4).
Install fittings (2) and the O-ring seals. End By:
Install the brake accumulator charging valve.
