3 1 478-5468 Cluster Gear Assembly Diameter of new cluster gear assembly is 119.930 0.010 mm (4.7216 0.0004 inch).
Installation depth is 1.0 0.5 mm (0.04 0.02 inch).
4 2 331-4485 Thrust Washer Thickness of new thrust washer is 4.695 0.025 mm (0.1848 0.0010 inch).
Head of the 2A-3435 Bearing Dowel must be always below the surface of the thrust washer.
5 1 430-8140 Idler Shaft Diameter of new idler shaft for the cluster gear assembly is 119.814 0.012 mm (4.7171 0.0005 inch).
6 1 290-1630 Shaft As Diameter of new shaft for the auxiliary drive gear is 63.430 0.010 mm (2.4972 0.0004 inch).
Install 8T-2153 Socket Setscrew until the socket setscrew bottoms out in the threaded portion of the hole.
Tighten the 8T-2153 Socket Setscrew to 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).
End play of the PTO after assembly is 0.15 to 0.77 mm (0.006 to 0.030 inch).
7 2 5D-4311 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lightly lubricate the bore with the fluid that is being sealed.
8 2 255-5469 Bolt Torque to 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft).
9 12 220-0771 Bolt Torque to 300 40 N m (221 30 lb ft).
10 1 339-2095 Adapter As After installation, bore of 332-0196 Bushing in the adapter assembly is 63.5 mm (2.50 inch).
Installation depth of bushing is 1.0 0.5 mm (0.04 0.02 inch).
Before assembly, apply thread sealant to the threads of the 8T-6759 Pipe Plug of the adapter assembly.
11 4 246-5451 Taperlock Stud Torque to 65 10 N m (48 7 lb ft).
12 1 173-9779 Bolt Before assembly, ensure that the mating surfaces of the bolt and the plate are free from the grease.
Torque to 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).
