Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic track adjusters. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Track Adjusters - Remove".

Remove two bolts (1) from each stop (2) .
Remove stops (2) from the track roller frame.
Attach an appropriate lifting device and a hoist to recoil spring (3) .
Remove the recoil spring (3). The weight of the recoil spring is 135 kg (300 lb).
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the left side of the machine.Installation Procedure

Attach an appropriate lifting device and a hoist to recoil spring (3) .
Position recoil spring (3) in the track roller frame. The weight of the recoil spring is 135 kg (300 lb).
Install two stops (2) .
Install bolts (1) .
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the left side of the machine.End By: Install the hydraulic track adjusters. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Track Adjusters - Install".
