Cut cable strap (1) from harness assembly (2).
Disconnect harness assembly (3) (not shown) from the engine overspeed sensor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Overspeed Sensor - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Disconnect harness assembly (4) from the fuel priming pump.
Remove harness assembly (2) and harness assembly (4) from bracket (5).

Make temporary makes on all the harness assemblies.
Cut cable strap (7) and cable straps (10).
Disconnect harness assembly (6) and harness assembly (8) from the pressure sensors.
Disconnect harness assembly (9) and harness assembly (12) from the pressure sensors.
Position the harness assembly (11) away from bracket (5).
Disconnect hose assembly (13) and hose assembly (14) from the connections on bracket (5). Remove the O-ring seals from the connections.
Remove bolts (15) and bolts (17) for bracket (5). Position the bracket away from the frame (16) in order to gain access to the relief valve.

Remove the nut and bolt (26). Remove clamps (25) from tube assembly (23) and tube assembly (24).
Disconnect tube nut (19) for tube assembly (23). Remove O-ring seal (18) (not shown).
Disconnect tube nut (20) and position the hose assembly away from relief valve assembly (27). Remove O-ring seal (21) (not shown).
Disconnect tube nut (30) for tube assembly (24). Remove O-ring seal (31) (not shown).
Disconnect tube nut (29) and position the hose assembly away from relief valve assembly (27). Remove O-ring seal (29) (not shown).
Remove locking nut (28) and remove relief valve assembly (27) from bracket (5).

If necessary, follow Step 20.a through Step 20.b in order to disassemble the relief valve assembly (27).
Place adapter (36) in a suitable support. Remove adapter (32) and remove O-ring seal (33).
Remove relief valve (34) from adapter (36). Remove O-ring seal (35). Installation Procedure
Ensure that all components for the relief valve are free from wear or damage. Replace any component that is worn or damaged.

If necessary, follow Step 2.a through Step 2.d in order to assemble relief valve assembly (27).
Place adapter (36) in a suitable support. Install a new O-ring seal (33) onto relief valve (34).
Install relief valve (34) to adapter (36). Tighten the relief valve to a torque of 50 N m (37 lb ft).
Install a new O-ring seal (33) to the recess of the relief valve (34). Ensure that the O-ring is correctly located into the recess of the relief valve.
Install adapter (32) and tighten to a torque of 65 N m (48 lb ft).

Install relief valve assembly (27) onto bracket (5). Install locking nut (28) and tighten hand tight.
Install a new O-ring seal (29) (not shown) to relief valve assembly (27). Ensure that the O-ring seal is correctly located into the recess of the relief valve assembly.
Connect tube nut (29) for the hose assembly onto relief valve assembly (27). Tighten the tube nut hand tight.
Install a new O-ring seal (31) (not shown). Ensure that the O-ring seal is correctly located into the recess. Connect tube nut (30) for tube assembly (24). Adjustment of the relief valve assembly will be necessary in order to obtain the correct alignment
