Tack weld the 188-3078 Plate Assembly and 185-2991 Plate into position. Use the above illustrations for reference.Note: All dimensions on Illustration 3, Illustration 4, Illustration 5 and Illustration 6 are critical.
Move the operator station and the platform to the right side of the machine. Check for interference with the new parts.
Finish welding the lifting lug by using the information in the following illustrations: Illustration 3, Illustration 4 and Illustration 5.
Locate the chain link on the rear side of the mainframe that is holding the wires for the light. Remove the chain link from the brace.

(10) Use a 3 mm weld to close the surfaces. (11) Weld 7T-1099 Link for wire harness (12) Use a 8 mm weld from top to bottom. Leave no weld open. (13) 188-4439 Plate
On the back side of the mainframe, locate the proper location and weld 188-4439 Plate .

Remove the 120-9513 Auger Support from the auger arrangement. Install 168-7549 Bracket to auger support.
Drill two 3/16 inch holes (14). Use a 1/4-20 thread tap to thread the holes.

(16) 5/16 inch holes in two places
Drill two 5/16 inch holes in 186-3640 Plate .
Install 120-9513 Auger Support . Attach 186-3640 Plate to the lower bracket for the auger support by using 8T-9364 Bolts and 8T-4205 Hard Washers . Use Illustration 9 as reference.
Repeat the procedure for the left side of the machine.

Install 174-3073 Left Hydraulic Cylinder and 174-3072 Right Hydraulic Cylinder . The fittings on the cylinders should face toward the front of the machine.
Use Illustration 5 to heat the area at the bottom of the left and right travel locks. Bend the handles until there is no interference with the auger lift cylinders.Note: Special attention should be made to the location of the hoses that are attached to the bulkhead fittings and the routing of the hoses.
Install the hoses for the auger hoist to the bulkhead fittings and through the inside mainframe. Use Illustration 11 and Illustration 12 as reference.Note: 187-2062 Hose Assembly has two 90° ends. The long 90° end should be installed on the left side of the machine.Remove the 109-3656 Elbow from the solenoid and install new 6V-8723 Elbow , 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal and 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal .

Install the new hoses for the screed lift to the bulkhead fittings.
Install all electrical components that were removed during Step 13 and Step 14. Use a tie-wrap to secure all the electrical components.
Clean the area that was reworked and paint the area that was reworked.
Install the doors and the covers.
