The wiring harness for the voltage sensing circuit and transformer may cross over and touch the center post bus bars inside the generator terminal box.Solution
Do not operate or work on this product unless you have read and understood the instruction and warnings in the relevant Operation and Maintenance Manuals and relevant service literature. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings could result in injury or death. Proper care is your responsibility.
The procedure below will reroute the wiring harness and add clipping points to help prevent contact with the bus bar.

Illustration 3 shows the ladder clips with the cable straps attached.

Install clips (1) to the indicated locations.
Attach cable strap (2) to secure wires.Note: Do not pull the harness wiring tight. Pulling the harness wiring tight can damage the wires and the lugs.

Position wiring harness (4) to exit through the top of wire tray (3). The wiring harness should line up with bolt (5) in illustration 4.

Position sleeve (6) snug up against wire tray (3) where the wiring harness is protruding.
