Dear Caterpillar Product Owner:
The 258-8125 or 299-5385 and the 258-8126 Hydraulic Fan Supply Tube Assemblies need to be replaced on the products listed below. The existing 258-8125 or 299-5385 and the 258-8126 Hydraulic Fan Supply Tube Assemblies can crack at a mounting point and lead to a hydraulic oil leak.
You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 17Oct2007 when scheduling this service.
