The transmission oil level gauge is on the left side of the machine near the articulation joint.
(1) Transmission oil level gauge (sight gauge)
(2) Transmission oil filler cap
(3) Access door
Operate the machine for a few minutes to warm the oil. Park the machine on level ground.
Open access door (3) that is between the rear axle and the articulation joint on the left-hand side of the machine. The transmission oil level gauge (1) can be viewed once the access door is opened.

Check the oil level in transmission oil level gauge (1). Maintain the oil level within the operating range while the engine is running.Note: The oil level varies significantly when the engine is stopped. The oil level will be considerably higher than the operating range. The oil level should be above "FULL" on the gauge before the engine is started.Note: When the engine is off and the transmission oil is cold, the transmission oil level should be above the "FULL" mark. When the engine is running at low idle and the transmission oil is warm, maintain the transmission oil level between the "FULL" mark and the "LOW" mark.
If oil must be added to the transmission, open access door (3) on the left-hand side of the machine.
Remove transmission oil filler cap (2) and add oil. Clean the filler cap and install the filler cap.
Close access door (3).
