equipped:
Move the transmission directional control lever to the NEUTRAL position.
Engage the parking brake.
Move the attachment control levers to the HOLD position. Engage the restraints for the attachment controls.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position. The battery disconnect switch is inside of the access door on the left side of the machine.
Turn the key start switch to the START position. Hold the key in the START position. The prelubrication system is now activated. When the oil pressure is adequate, the prelubrication system will disengage. The prelubrication system will delay starting for three seconds. The system will automatically crank the engine.
When the engine starts, release the key start switch. Note: If the engine is being restarted within two minutes, the prelubrication system is bypassed. When the key start switch is turned to the START position, the engine will crank immediately.
