1. Remove the cover (1) from over the track motors. The weight of the cover is 75 lb. (34 kg).2. Put a floor jack in position under guard (2). Remove bolts that hold the guard in place. Lower the guard to the ground. The weight of the guard is 450 lb. (204 kg). 3. Disconnect the inlet and outlet lines (4) from motor.4. Disconnect case drain line from motor. Put plugs in the oil lines to prevent loss of hydraulic oil.5. Install two 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolts in motor. Fasten a hoist and slide motor out as the bolts (3) are removed. Weight of motor is 250 lb. (113 kg).Install Track Motors
1. Fasten a hoist and put motor (1) in place on machine.2. Install bolts in motor. Slide motor into position as the bolts are tightened.3. Connect inlet, outlet and case drain lines to motor. 4. Put guard (2) in position on machine with a floor jack or hoist. Install bolts and spacers in guard that was removed.5. Install cover over motors.
