Implement hydraulic pump (1) Pressure tap for the pump discharge pressure (2) Pressure tap for the signal oil
Install the tetragauge on pressure tap (1) and install the floorplates.
Start the engine. Operate the engine at HIGH IDLE. Make sure that the parking brake is engaged.
Move all the control levers into the HOLD position.
The correct reading on the tetragauge is 3000 kPa (435 psi), which is the output pressure of the pump in the low pressure standby condition. If the pressure reading is below 2100 kPa (305 psi) or above 3700 kPa (535 psi), check the margin pressure setting. Refer to "Margin Pressure Test" in this section.
Move the tiller handle back and forth against the stop in the parking brake linkage. If the pressure on the tetragauge increases, the steering linkage should be adjusted.
Adjustments to the pump output should not be made based on the results of the test. If the reading is not correct, run the margin pressure test.High Pressure Stall Test
