UPS 1200Z anchor schematicInstall the anchors in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. The anchors must meet the following specifications:
Stud expansion anchor bolts must be used in order to secure the machine properly. A stud expansion anchor bolt is recommended. There must be 101.6 mm (4 inch) of minimum embedment in the concrete. The stud expansion anchor bolts must be 15.9 mm (0.625 inch) wide. The stud expansion anchor bolts must have a minimum length of 152.4 mm (6 inch).
The maximum shear load per the anchor must be 7651 N (1720 lb).
The maximum tensile load per the anchor is 3114 N (700 lb).Tighten the stud expansion anchor bolts to 95 N m (70 lb ft).Note: Anchor studs may be used in place of anchor bolts. If anchor studs are used, torque the nuts for the studs to 122 N m (90 lb ft).If the thickness of the slab or the strength of the concrete is unknown, refer to the following:

Note: The leveling feet must be installed on the input/output cabinet and the system cabinet. Install the feet after the shipping skids are removed and before the cabinets are lowered to the ground.

Open the front doors of the cabinet to gain access to the leveling feet ( four ea. per cabinet). The leveling feet are wrapped in bubble wrap and secured to the base rail of the cabinet. Refer to Illustration 8.

Turn the locking nuts on the leveling feet clockwise until the bottom of the leveling foot threaded shaft. Refer to Illustration 9.

Insert the forks from the forklift under the cabinet. Ensure that the forks can support the cabinet safely without tipping over. Refer to Illustration 10 .
Lift the cabinets and screw the leveling feet into the base of the cabinet. Refer to Illustration 10.
Lower the cabinet to the floor.
Turn the leveling feet until the cabinet height is 198 cm (78 inch).
Turn the locking nut counter-clockwise to lock the leveling feet in place.
Place the I/O and system cabinets in the appropriate position.
Recheck the height of each cabinet to ensure that the height is 198 cm (78 inch).The installation of the cabinet leveling feet and cabinet height adjustment is complete. Cabinet Positioning
