Removal Procedure
Drain the coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Disconnect line assembly (3). Remove bolts (5) and remove elbow (1). Remove O-ring seals (not shown).
Remove bolts (4).
Remove bolts (6). There are four bolts in total.
Remove bolts (7) and remove oil cooler assembly (2). Remove O-ring seals (not shown).Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Install the engine oil cooler assembly (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Change the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change".
