Remove clamps (12) and clamps (13). Disconnect hoses (14). Remove tubes (15).

Remove bolts (16), cap (17), mount assembly (18), bolts (19), and stabilizer (20). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Attach Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and a suitable lifting device onto aftercooler assembly (21). The weight of aftercooler assembly (21) is approximately 1370 kg (3020 lb).

Do not attempt to remove the aftercooler assembly until both of the spacers are removed.
Remove bolts (22). Raise the aftercooler assembly slightly to remove spacer (23). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Position aftercooler assembly (21) onto suitable blocking.

Remove bolts (24) and plate (25). Remove bolts (26).Note: Note the location of the oversized washers for installation purposes.

Remove bolts (29), plate (30), bolts (31), plate (32), bolts (33), and plate (34).Note: Note the location of the oversized washers for installation purposes.
Remove bracket assembly (35).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to remove aftercooler (36). The weight of aftercooler (36) is approximately 418 kg (922 lb).

Remove bracket assembly (37) and plate (38). The weight of aftercooler (39) is approximately 418 kg (922 lb).Installation Procedure
Install aftercooler (39) and aftercooler (36) in the reverse order of removal.
