Disconnect hoses (15). Remove tube assemblies (16).

Disconnect hose assembly (17).

Disconnect hose (19). Remove clamps (20). Position tube assembly (18) out of the way.

Remove clamps (21). Disconnect hose (22).

Remove bolts (23) to disconnect manifold (24).

Remove clamps (25) and clamps (26). Disconnect tube assembly (27).

Remove clamps (28). Disconnect hose (29). Remove tube assembly (27).

Disconnect hose assembly (30). Disconnect hose assembly (31) and remove manifold (32). Disconnect hose (33).

Disconnect manifold (34). Position manifold (34) out of the way.

Remove bolts (35).
Illustration 19 g02126285Note: Place an orientation mark on oil coolers (36) for installation purpose.
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto oil coolers (36). The weight of oil coolers (36) is approximately 556 kg (1225 lb).
Remove bolts (37). Remove oil coolers (36).

Position oil coolers (36) onto suitable blocking. Remove bracket assembly (38) and plate assembly (39).

Remove nuts (40), bolts (41), bonnet (42), gasket (43), and flange (44) from both ends of oil cooler (45). Repeat this step for the remaining oil coolers.Installation Procedure
Install oil coolers (36) in the reverse order of removal.

Check the orientation mark on oil coolers (36) marked during removal procedure. Ensure that oil coolers (36) are installed in correct orientation as shown in illustration 22.
