11. Disconnect grease lines (12) and (13) from the top (H) link. 12. Fasten slings (14) and a hoist to top (H) link (15), as shown.13. Remove bolts (17) and retainers (16) from both sides of top (H) link (15) at the custom hitch load cylinder. The draft frame or tractor may be raised or lowered to release the tension from the pin.14. Use Tooling (C) to remove the pin from the top (H) link and the custom hitch load cylinder. The weight of the pin is 43 kg (95 lb). When the pin is removed, the washers between the bracket assembly and the (H) link are free to fall. The weight of the top (H) link is 193 kg (425 lb). 15. Disconnect the grease lines from the retainer.16. Remove bolts (18) and retainer (19) from the bottom (H) link at the cushion hitch load cylinder. 17. Remove the cotter pin and pin (21), and disconnect linkage (20) from the spring.18. Remove bolts (23) to remove retainer (22) and the spring assembly from the bottom (H) link at the cushion hitch load cylinder. 19. Fasten a sling (24) and a hoist on the rod end of cushion hitch load cylinder (25), as shown. 20. Use Tool (D), or put wooden blocks (26) under each side of the hitch assembly, as shown, to prevent any side-to-side movement of the hitch assembly. 21. Use Tool (E) to move pin (27) far enough to clear the cushion hitch load cylinder. The washer between the bottom (H) link and the hitch assembly is free to fall after pin (27) is removed.22. Remove cushion hitch load cylinder (25) from the machine. The weight of custom hitch load cylinder (25) is 113 kg (250 lb).Install Cushion Hitch Load Cylinder
1. Fasten a sling and a hoist on cushion hitch load cylinder (1), and put it in position on the machine, as shown. Make sure the washer is between the hitch assembly and the bottom "H" link before installation of the lower "H" link pin.2. Put clean grease on pin (2), and use Tooling (A) to move the pin in place in the hitch assembly. 3. Install retainers on both sides of the bottom "H" link. Install bracket and spring assembly (6) on the "H" link with bolts (4).4. Connect linkage (3) to the valve with pin (5) and cotter pin.5. Connect the grease lines to the retainers on the "H" link.6. Connect the hydraulic hoses to the cushion hitch load cylinder. 7. Align the cushion hitch load cylinder top "H" link (8) and the bracket assembly.8. Put washers (7) in position between the top "H" link and the bracket assembly. Put clean grease on pin (9). Use Tooling (A), and install pin (9), as shown.9. Install the retainers on the top "H" link.10. Install the grease lines on the retainers. 11. Remove wooden blocks (10) from the cushion hitch assembly. 12. Connect bracket (11) on the bracket assembly. 13. Make sure the O-ring seals
