In the numerical sequence, hand tighten all the bolts until all the bolts contact the base.
In the numerical sequence, tighten the bolts to 21 7 N m (15 5 lb ft).
In the numerical sequence, again tighten the bolts to 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).
