The new sound suppression panel group contains plates (1), and plate assemblies (2) that are welded to the truck body. The plates and plate assemblies form a frame that helps hold the sound suppression panels on the truck body.Adaptable To: The new 479-2155 Sound Suppression Panel Gp is part of the 438-7223 Machine Modification Ar (if equipped). The new sound suppression panel group is adaptable to machines S/N:ERM1-220, and ; S/N:SNT1-101 that contain the 438-7223 Machine Modification Ar (if equipped). The new sound suppression panel group became effective in production with machines S/N:ERM221-UP, and ; S/N:SNT102-UP that contain the 438-7223 Machine Modification Ar (if equipped).The earlier machines that contain the 438-7223 Machine Modification Ar (if equipped) can be updated to the current configuration. The needed parts are listed in Special Instruction, SEHS0325. The update procedure is explained in Special Instruction, SEHS0325.
