Location and dimensions of the material to be removed from the 7V9285 Guard Assembly.Two hose clip mounting studs must be welded in position on the front frame assembly as shown in Illustration 5 and 6. The new mounting studs are for hose clips in the brake control group. Both mounting studs have 3/8" × 16 thread. The longer mounting stud (A) should be approximately 76 mm (3.0") long. The shorter mounting stud (B) should be approximately 32 mm (1.3") long.
