The 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts delivered by Grimbergen before July 11, 2000 need to be returned to be reworked. An email was sent to CSARL Dealers by Gosselies Product Support on July 11, 2000. This email ask dealers to clearly identify their stock of 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts in their Parts Stock. These 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts need to be returned to be reworked.
Action Required
Remove all of the 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts from dealer Parts Stock that were identified as suspect bolts as per the July 11, 2000 email that was sent to CSARL Dealers by Gosselies Product Support. Keep the 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts separate. Do not mix the part numbers when they are returned.
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts removed from Parts Stock.
Parts Disposition
CSARL Dealers
All dealers are to make sure the outside of the shipping container is marked PI70012. Keep the 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts separate. Do not mix the part numbers when they are returned.
Return all 1123930 and 1475112 Bolts that were put on hold on July 11, 2000 and a copy of the claim to:
