Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to top tank assembly (7). The weight of top tank assembly (7) is approximately 125 kg (275 lb). Install gasket (15). Install top tank assembly (7) on radiator core (10). The weight of radiator core (10) is approximately 192 kg (425 lb). Install bolts (14).

Use two people in order to install support assembly for header (13). The weight of support assembly for header (13) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Install bolts (12).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to top tank assembly (7).

Install gasket (11). Install top tank assembly (7) and radiator core (10) together. The weight of top tank assembly (7) and radiator core (10) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb). Install bolts (9).

Use two people in order to install side panel assembly (8). The weight of side panel assembly (8) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Repeat for the other side.

Install radiator support (6).

Install guards (4) and (3) for the radiator core.

Install shroud assembly (2) and fan guard assembly (1). End By:
Install the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install".
Install the radiator group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Group - Install".
