Use two people to remove grill assembly (2). The weight of grill assembly (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove bolts (1) and grill assembly (2).

Remove bolts (3) and remove shield assemblies (4) and (5) as a unit.

Disconnect temperature sensor (7) from the combustion head.
Cut cable straps (6).

Open door (8).

Cut cable straps (6). Disconnect harness assembly (9).
Disconnect temperature sensor (10) from inlet module and remove harness assembly (11).Installation Procedure
Install the temperature sensors in the reverse order of removal.Note: Route harness assembly (11) in the original location to protect harness assembly (11) from heat.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of temperature sensors (7) and (10). Tighten temperature sensors (7) and (10) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
