The hydraulic lines mounted on the boom may move on the machines that are listed above. The movement occurs during operation of work tools such as the hammer or ripper. The movement may accelerate the wear of the grommets.

Interim SolutionIf your machine has problems with grommet wear due to movement of the hydraulic lines mounted on the boom, contact your Cat Technical Communicator so that a Service Request can be submitted to the Dealer Solution Network (DSN) and to obtain 368-9404 Special Kit as an interim solution.
