The touchscreen of the User Interface is the central communications point for the UPS. The touchscreen of the User Interface allows the user to navigate through the various screens when the buttons are touched on the display. These buttons are changed on the basis of the screen that is displayed and the access level of the user. All input by the operator is through the touchscreen with the exception of the "Emergency Power Off" button.The User Interface allows the following functions for the user:
Monitor the entire system.
Place the system in bypass mode.
Place the system in on-line mode.
View information about system telemetry.
Monitor system events.
Monitor and acknowledge system notices and alarms.
Assign access to a user.
Configure system options.Refer to the following list for the screens that are available:

The "Horn Silence" button turns the annunciator off and provides a visual indication of the annunciator state. If a notice or alarm event has occurred, the "Horn Silence" button changes color to indicate that the system has recorded this event, and the annunciator turns on.
If a notice event has been recorded by the system, the annunciator will beep, and the "Horn Silence" button will be yellow in color.
If an alarm event has been recorded by the system, the annunciator will be on steady, and the "Horn Silence" button will be red in color.
Pressing the "Horn Silence" button silences the annunciator and the "Horn Silence" button returns to the normal gray color.Note: An active notice or an alarm event may still be present, even if the annunciator is off. If the "Events" button is flashing, there is an active notice or an alarm.
The "Events" button flashes yellow when there is an active notice.
The "Events" button flashes red when there is an active alarm.Instructions

The "Instructions" button brings up a text window with context sensitive help for the screen displayed on the User Interface. To access the context sensitive help, press the "Instructions" button on any screen.

The "Instructions" window contains the following buttons along the bottom that are used to display additional information:

Table of Contents - The "Table of Contents" button will display a list of all the windows (Instruction) that are available.

View Versions - The "View Versions" button will display current versions of hardware (circuit board) and software that is installed in the UPS.

UPS View Status - The "UPS View Status" button will show the type and the number of monitoring connections to the User Interface.One Line Screen

The "One Line" screen allows the user to monitor the UPS. The "One Line" screen also allows the user to perform basic system operations to the UPS. Refer to the following list for functions of the "One Line" screen:
A "One Line" diagram of the system is displayed.
The system can be placed in the Bypass mode.
The system can be placed in the Online mode.
Telemetry data can be displayed.
The system name, system mode, the state of the system, system date, system time, number of discharges, and actual time in operation
