Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove and Install".

Start the machine. Place the stick on the floor, as shown above. Remove two nuts (1) and bolt (2) .

Remove pin (3) from the bucket cylinder with a brass punch.
Remove two shims (4) and linkage brackets (5) .

Remove two nuts (6) and bolt (7) .

Remove pin (8) from the stick with a brass punch.
Remove two shims (9) and linkage brackets (10) from the stick.Installation Procedure
Note: Be sure that the pins and the pin bores are thoroughly clean prior to installation of the linkage brackets.

Apply a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease on the diameter of the pin bores and the pins.
Position linkage brackets (10) and two shims (9) to the stick in order to install the pin (8) .

Install bolt (7) and two nuts (6). Tighten nuts and the bolt.

Position linkage brackets (5) and two shims (4) to the bucket cylinder in order to install the pin (3) .

Install bolt (2) and two nuts (1) to the pin. Tighten nuts and the bolt.End By: Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove and Install".
