When the parking brakes are released manually, the machine has no brakes.To avoid possible personal injury, the tires must be blocked securely before the parking brakes are manually released.
Block the wheels before you release the parking brake. This will prevent the machine from moving when the brakes are released.

Use an auxiliary pump in order to pressurize the lower port on the valve body. The valve body is located on top of the hydraulic tank. Pressurize the port to 2412 kPa (350 psi) in order to release the brakes.
Tow the machine to the desired location. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Towing the Machine" for further information.
After the machine has been towed to the desired location, block the wheels.
Then release the auxiliary pump pressure.
Make any necessary repairs before operating the machine.
