Inside the cab, lift out the side panel, Illustration2.

Remove the filter from the back panel (see Illustration3) remove the screw holding the back panel located behind the filter andthe panel holding screw on the RHS.

Pull back panel forward at the right hand side(looking rearwards) to give access to top screw in the Park Brake surroundpanel.
Remove the three screws holding the Park Brakesurround panel, disconnect the plug on the harness to the diagnostic connectionand remove the panel.
For removing panels on open cab machines, start at Step 4 above.Removing Park Brake cable:Note: Before removing the Park Brake cable make a note of the routingand clip orientation under the machine.
Disconnect cable from Caliper lever by removing the spring clip from thepin.
Remove clip and disconnect cable from bracket.
On all machines except TH560B remove the caliper bracket and discard (seeIllustration 6, item 4).
Note: The two caliper bracket mounting bolts have a Loctite patchand can be re-used.
Under the cab, release the three cable clips back to the lever assembly,discarding the front clip on TH350B, TH360B and TH460B Telehandlers. Allthree TH560B clips can be discarded.
Remove the two bolts that hold the Park Brake lever in place.
Note: Removal of these bolts also releases the switch and bracket.
Remove lever assembly and cable from cab.
Remove split pin and pry off the cable-locking collar to release the cablefrom the lever assembly.
Fitting new cable:
Thread new cable through the hole in the cab floor.
Fit the cable to the Park Brake assembly.
Screw in fully the end of the Park brake handle, clockwise, when viewingthe lever assembly from the front of the machine looking towards the rear.
Note: It is important to make sure the handle is fully screwed inat this point to ensure correct setting and correct performance of thepark brake.
Remove the switch from its mounting plate and fit to new 2287143 Plate.
Fit the lever assembly to the cab ensuring that the pin is operating onthe correct side of the lever as shown in Illustration 4.

Tighten the lever bolts with the Park Brake handle in the "engaged" positionand with any clearances taken up with the assembly in the lowest position.This will ensure that the Park Brake lever does not foul the panel.
Disengage the Pak Brake lever.
On all machines unscrew the Park Brake lever handle twelve turns counterclockwise,when viewing the lever assembly from the front of the machine looking towardsthe rear.
For TH350, TH360 and TH460B only, re-fit the two original "P" clips tothe rear of the cable and one 9M8406 clip to the front and secure to theoriginal bosses and routing under the cab. For TH560B only, fit three new9M8406 "P" Clip to the cable and secure as above.
For all models, fit the new 2385273 Pad lining kit.
For TH350B, TH360B and TH460B, fit 2392047 Caliper Bracket with Loctitepatch bolts and tighten to 45 N.m (see Illustration 6, item 4).
Unscrew one adjusting nut from adjuster barrel and together with one washerpull back the spring. Fit the cable adjuster barrel to Caliper bracket.Pull over the washer and
