View of front brake disc with missing bolts. (A) 5P-8249 Hard Washer (B) 1D-4627 Bolt Damage to 105-3207 Discs and 1D-4627 Bolts (B) has been found on the machines listed above due to loose or missing bolts on the front 105-3210 Service Brake Gp .Solution
Perform a static torque inspection to ensure 1D-4627 Bolts are tightened to 750 80 N m (553 59 lb ft). Replace loose bolts with 6C-3210 Bolts . Use Loctite® 271TM Red Thread Locker or equivalent to ensure a tight bolted joint.
Do not reuse any loose or damaged bolts.
