Release the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are removed or disconnected.
Install caps or plugs on all lines, tubes or hoses when disconnected.1. Drain hydraulic tank. 2. Disconnect governor control linkage (2) at cross shaft on the firewall. 3. Remove spring (3). Remove bolts (1) and put the pedal assembly on its side.4. Remove cotter pin, pin and linkage (2) from the pedal assembly. Remove pedal assembly. Slide linkage (2) to the rear of the machine. 5. Remove two lines (4). Disconnect lines (6) from tube assembly (7). Remove tube assembly (6).6. Disconnect four lines (5). 7. Remove the bolts and priority valve (8).Install Priority Valve
1. Put priority valve (2) in position. Start the fitting on line (1). Install the bolts which hold priority valve (2) in position. 2. Connect three lines (3) and tighten line (1).3. Install tube assembly (6) and connect two lines (5) to it.4. Install two lines (4). 5. Put the pedal assembly in position on its side. Install pin (7), governor rod assembly (8) and cotter pin. 6. Install spring (9). Connect rod assembly (8) to the cross shaft at the firewall.7. Put the pedal assembly in position and install the bolts.8. Fill the hydraulic system with oil to the correct level.end by:a) install floor platesDisassemble Priority Valve
start by:a) remove priority valve 1. Remove three fittings (1) from valve body (2). A small amount of spring force is present. 2. Remove plug (3), O-ring seal (4), spool (5) and spring (6) from the valve body. 3. Remove connector (11), O-ring seal (10), plunger (13), O-ring seal (14) and spring (12).4. Push seat (7) into the valve body. Remove ring (9).5. Install a 1/4"-20 NC bolt into seat (7). Remove seal and O-ring seal (8).Assemble Priority Valve
1. Check the O-ring seals for wear or damage. Make a replacement if necessary. Put a small amount of clean hydraulic oil on the O-ring seals and all machined surfaces of the parts. 2. Install seat (1), O-ring seal (2) and ring (3) into the valve body. 3. Install spring (4), plunger (5), O-ring seal (6), O-ring seal (7) and connector (8). 4. Install spring (9), spool (10), O-ring seal (11) and plug (12) into the priority valve body. 5. Install the O-ring seal on fittings (13). Install fittings (13).end by:a) install priority valve
