In order to replace the feed roller arm pivot pin. Begin with the harvester head in the vertical position. Support the frame in this position.

Remove bolt (1) and cotter pin (2) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to feed roller arm (3).

Remove nut (4) and washer.
Remove pin.
When replacing Feed Roller Arm Pivot Pins, replace all bushings, bearings, and hardware. Failure to replace all hardware could result in equipment failure.

Replace all bushings (2). Replace all bearings and sleeve.
