The improved 3E-6429 Flow Switch can be identified with a four-digit date code of "1112 MEX" or later etched on the side of the switch. Refer to Illustration 1 for the date code location.The first two digits of the date code are the year of manufacture. The last two digits are the week of manufacture. The three letter code after the four-digit date code indicates the country of origin. A "1112 MEX" date code shown in the Illustration 1 indicates that the switch was manufactured the 12th week of 2011.The improved flow switch is adaptable to and effective with the serial numbers listed in Table 1:
