1. Position quick hitch assembly as shown. Disconnect two lines (1). Remove two bolts (2) and cover (3) from both sides of quick hitch assembly. 2. Remove bolt (4) and pin (5). Drive pin (6) out. Weight of quick hitch assembly is 683 kg (310 lb). 3. Inspect all bearings (7) and replace if necessary. Install in the reverse order.Remove & Install Fork Tilt Cylinder
Start By:a. remove fork tilt group lever 1. Remove ten bolts (1) and two covers (2). 2. Attach hoist as shown to the fork tilt cylinder (3). Disconnect two hydraulic lines going to the fork tilt cylinder (hidden). Remove snap ring and pin (4). Remove bolt and pin (5) and remove fork tilt cylinder (3). Install in the reverse order.End by:a. install fork tilt group leverRemove & Install Fork Tilt Cylinder Overcenter Lock Valve
Start By:a. remove fork tilt cylinder
Before removing the overcenter lock valve, bleed off the internal hydraulic pressure in the cylinder. To bleed off fork tilt cylinder internal hydraulic pressure, slowly loosen the cap until you hear the pressure escape or the cap is out of the valve. Be sure to reposition the spring, ball and cap.
1. Disconnect two hydraulic lines (1) from valve (2).2. Remove two bolts (3) and remove Overcenter lock valve.3. Remove and inspect o-ring seal (4).
Overcenter Lock Valve Install in the reverse order.End By:a. install fork tilt cylinder
