Follow the recommended procedure for removal and installation of tires and or wheel assemblies.Ensure that the machine and tire and or wheel assembly are properly supported at all times.Improper procedures that are used to remove and install tires and or wheel assemblies can result in personal injury or death.

Block the front wheels with Tooling (C).

Use Tooling (B) to raise the rear wheels off the ground. Install Tooling (A) under the case. Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to wheel (1). Remove bolts (2). Remove wheel (1). The weight of wheel (1) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to wheel (1). Install wheel (1). The weight of wheel (1) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Install bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 700 90 N m (516 66 lb ft).

Use Tooling (B) to raise the rear wheels off the ground. Remove Tooling (A) under the case. Use Tooling (B) to lower the rear wheels to the ground. Remove Tooling (B). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Remove Tooling (C).
