Install drain hose assembly (68) by connecting the hose assembly to the elbow (12) on fan motor group. Route the hose along with supply hose and return hose as shown in illustration 30. Secure the hose assembly (68) with return hose assembly (63) using straps (69). Use straps (69) along the routing, at all possible clipping locations. At the area where the hoses enters the frame, secure the hose (68) with return hose (Do not clip to supply hose) using mounting saddle (70) and cable strap (71) at two places. Connect the other end of hose assembly (63) to the elbow (56) on plate (L).

Route all the installed hoses such that the machine can operate at its full range of motion without pulling on clipping points. Secure the hoses to the existing bundle using three straps (72).

Install the harness (73) by connecting the harness to the solenoid valve group (16) on fan motor group. Route the harness (73) along with the hoses and secure the harness to the hoses using straps (69). After entering the frame, use the opening provided for hydraulic hard lines, to route the harness along. The harness splits under the console after which, one branch enters the console (R) and the other branch routes into the engine bay (S). Drill a hole of 3.5 mm (0.14 inch) on battery access door to install 2M-3432 Grommet on the battery access door. Route the harness (73) through 2M-3432 Grommet to enter the harness into the engine bay. Connect the harness to service light socket and clutch solenoid at the engine bay as shown in the Illustration 32. Connect the free terminal to the main harness connector plug assembly.

Route the branch of the harness that has entered into the console as follows: Drill a hole of 50.8 mm (2.00 inch) diameter on the console panel cover to enable the installation of the grommet (74). Before entering the console grommet, the harness further splits into two branches. Enter one branch into the console grommet (74) as shown in Illustration 33. The other branch routes up to battery tray and follows other electrical harness to center of the machine.
