B     138-7573     Link Bracket     4    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (B). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting sling to Tooling (B). The weight of radiator (9) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).
Install radiator (9) .
Install bolts (10). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Install bolts (8) .

Connect hose assemblies (6) .

Connect harness assembly (5). Install bolt (4).

Connect hoses (1). Tighten the clamps on tube assemblies (1) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).

Remove Tooling (A) from the hydraulic tank.
Fill the cooling systems. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".End By:
Install the refrigerant condenser. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install".
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
