Install hose (19) .
Install panel (20). If panel (20) does not bolt to the enclosure for the cooling package, refer to Step 7.

Enclosure for the cooling package (7) Weld nuts
Drill two holes in the enclosure for the cooling package, as shown. Weld two nuts (21) to the inside of the enclosure for the cooling package.

Remove previous fuel tanks (1) and (12). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4193, "14H Motor Grader Machine Systems", "Fuel Tank (Right Hand) - Remove". Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4193, "14H Motor Grader Machine Systems", "Fuel Tank (Left Hand) - Remove".
Install the following new parts on new fuel tanks (1) and (12) :
(2) Bolts
(3) Washers
(4) Vent Assembly
(5) Gasket
(13) Bracket
(14) Bolts
(15) Washers
Install the remaining parts that were not replaced from the previous fuel tanks on new fuel tanks (1) and (12) .
Install new fuel tanks (1) and (12) on the machine.
Install panel (10) and adapter (11). If panel (10) does not bolt to the enclosure for the cooling package, refer to Step 6.

Drill two holes in the enclosure for the cooling package, as shown. Weld two nuts (16) to the inside of the enclosure for the cooling package.
Install hose (9), hose (7), hose (8), and tube (6) .
