To help correct this situation, additional 4W-9972 Temperature Senders which have annunciated erroneous "Over Temperature" warnings are needed for failure analysis.At the first indication of an erroneous "Over Temperature" warning, refer to the Service Magazine article listed above for guidance. If the 4W-9972 Temperature Sender is determined to be the root cause of the problem, call 1-309-578-6529 in order to begin the parts return process.
