Assembly Procedure
Check the condition of all O-ring seals. If any O-ring seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install two plugs (14) in control valve (10).

Install spring (12) and stem (13) in control valve (10).

Install plug (11) in the control valve.

Install two seals (9) in control valve (10).

Install three O-ring (8) and two backup rings on cartridge assembly (7).

Install cartridge assembly (7) in body (2). The installation torque for the cartridge assembly is 24 3 N m (18 2 lb ft).

Install cover (6), the washer and locknut (5) on the cartridge assembly. The torque for the locknut is 3 0.05 N m (27 4 lb in).

Install three plugs (4) and two O-ring seals (3) in the body.

Attach body (2) to the control valve. Install bolt (1). End By:
Install the ride control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ride Control Valve - Install".
