Start By:
Separate the track assembly.Note: The procedure to remove the right-hand sprocket and the procedure to remove the left-hand sprocket are identical. The procedure that follows is for one of the sprockets.

Note: Adjust the height of Tooling (A) so that there is sufficient clearance between the sprocket and the track links for the removal of the sprocket from the final drive.
Position Tooling (A) under the undercarriage frame assembly. Raise the side of the machine.

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove bolts (2) from sprocket (1) .

Remove two cork plugs (3) . Use Tooling (C) in order to separate sprocket (1) from the final drive.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove sprocket (1) . The weight of sprocket (1) is approximately 140 kg (310 lb).Installation Procedure

Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the sprocket and the final drive.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position sprocket (1) . The weight of sprocket (1) is approximately 140 kg (310 lb).

Note: Degrease all components with Tooling (E) before assembly.
Apply Tooling (D) to bolts (2) . Install bolts (2) . Use Tooling (B) in order to tighten bolts (2) in a crisscross sequence to a torque of 500 75 N m (369 55 lb ft). Tighten an additional 40° 5.

Install two cork plugs (3) to sprocket (1) .

Remove Tooling (A) .End By: Connect the track assembly.
