Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Apply Tooling (A) on the threads of the mounting studs for the turbocharger.

Position gasket (7) and turbocharger (5) on the exhaust manifold. Install locknuts (6) .
Tighten the locknuts to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).

Connect tube assembly (3) and tube assembly (2) .
Connect hose (4) and hose (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
