Machine location of hydraulic system pilot oil filter
The hydraulic system pilot oil filter is located on the left-hand side of the machine.
Park the machine on level ground. Lower the bucket to the ground and apply slight downward pressure. Engage the parking brake and stop the engine.

The hydraulic system pilot oil filter is located on the front frame on the left-hand side of the machine
Remove the filter housing from the housing base. Dispose of the used filter element properly.
Clean the filter housing and clean the filter mounting base with a clean, nonflammable solvent.
Install the new filter element into the filter housing. Inspect the filter housing seal. Replace the seal if the seal is damaged.
Install the filter housing into the filter mounting base.
Start the engine and run the engine at low idle.
Inspect the pilot system for leaks. Stop the engine and make any necessary repairs.
